The arrival to Kotor is like a proffered secret. It appears, more magical than ever, come nightfall, as its illuminated ramparts reflect a golden halo of honey essence, amber wood, hazelnut, saffron, caramel and Madagascan vanilla in the bay. From the Adriatic Sea, woven between the summits of Montenegro, Kotor is the end point, the ultimate backdrop. Everlasting flower. At the water's edge and on the slope of the mountain, Slavic and Mediterranean at once, between rose and Tonka bean, rhubarb and jasmine, oud and thyme, it is there, inhabited by the ages and the sweet way of life. Beckoning, Kotor shimmers, Kotor flashes with light. Its tiny streets, squares and palaces adorned with kilim rugs; a kingdom of myrrh, cedar and sandalwood. Likes: Everything. The presentation was gorgeous. My package arrived quickly and safely. The tracking was accurate. I loved taking advantage of the free 10 ml travel size with purchase.

Improvements: I would have liked a sample or two of some of the other exclusives.

Stunning Fragrance

I love Kotor. The oud and patchouly are gentle. It is honey and hazelnut forward. It is not a sweet gourmand probably due to the spices and saffron. The spices just linger in the background so I wouldn't call it a spicy scent. I adored the presentation with the Memo Paris scarf tied up around the box. Perfect for the cooler weather. Unique, not like anything I can even compare it to. Thanks Memo for the prompt service even during the holidays. It was a very Memo-able year for me.....I am now up to 5 Memo scents.

Too potent and masculine

I blind bought this perfume when I saw the notes online. I expected it to be a well blended nutty creamy scent however it is quite edgy and strong. It gives you the impression of an Arabic city instead of a western one. It is very potent and masculine. It does get better as time passes but still I don't like the scent. I wish they include a sample of this scent with purchase. As they don't do this scent in samples, I couldn't try it before opening the package. Had I tried it before I would have returned it.

Beautiful Honey/nutty Fragrance! Love!!!

This is such a beautiful fragrance. I get a beautiful honey note with a nutty element as well. Not a loud fragrance, rather sits close to the skin but has great longevity. Next will be Honey Dragon.
