My personal ranking and final considerations.
Memo Paris certainly produces some incredible, structured fragrances, where the raw materials excel in quality and the way they are blended is often surprising and creative. Despite this, their creations certainly remain palatable to most and never overly daring: a plus and a minus, considering that we are talking about artistic and niche fragrances. In my personal experience, I have found their perfumes oriented more towards the female gender to be more successful; here is the ranking. I would like to remind you that the experience of a fragrance also changes according to our skin, our previous knowledge and many other factors, making any judgement very subjective.
African Leather Memo Paris
African leather in seventh place, I would have liked to like it but on the one hand I found it too generic and on the other hand super spicy to the point of annoyance, making my nose burn. It certainly excels in persistence and character, I know it's a favourite of many and I don't dispute that it's a good scent, but it's just not for me.
French Leather Memo Paris
French Leather in sixth place, nothing wrong with it but I don't particularly like rose and here it is its apotheosis. Also suede I would call it a S-weak leather, a bit sour, very realistic but not that seductive, from my point of view. It is true that it smells luxurious and has a certain casual elegance, but I find the concept a bit too dated and does not win me over.
Iberian Leather Memo Paris
Iberian Leather in fifth place, its duality and countless facets confused me, left me perplexed. Perhaps those who find themselves in it could make it their signature scent, but in my case I do not appreciate what I cannot fully understand. I love the base notes and the soft leather that emerges after a few hours, but everything that comes before I cannot exclude from the final judgement.
Inlé Memo Paris
Inlé loses the podium by a whisker, solely because of the very short duration. The composition is wonderful, the evolution surprising and noteworthy, the ingredients excellent. I would happily wear this again and again. Too bad it becomes so faint after two or three hours. If you like osmanthus, try it.
Irish Leather Memo Paris
Irish Leather takes third place, although I am not particularly fond of green and herbaceous notes, here the olfactory journey is assured, you go from meadow, to wood, to wet leather, accompanied by a wonderful iris. I find it strongly evocative, decisive, forthright. It delivers what it promises.
Lalibela Memo Paris
Lalibela in second place, a wonderful perfume, very feminine, complex, mysterious. Woods, Ylang Ylang, vanilla, incense. A sublime, metaphysical, magical creation. It doesn't reach the absolute summit simply because I don't feel it quite mine, but I recommend it to anyone, especially women and girls: you will make men fall in love.
Marfa Memo Paris
Marfa in the sky with diamonds wins hands down, it rises to olfactory mysticism, liquid gold, elixir of eternal life. A soft fruity floral with a calming and reassuring effect. An exceptional trail, a halo of pure magic will envelop you and make you a superior being, capable of seeing and hearing smells, using them as a ladder to climb to heaven and sit comfortably above the clouds.
