This company sends expired and used product

Received two packages with already opened packaging as the seals were broken. Were these customer returns? When I received my replacement package it was even worse that one bottle was missing over ten percent of the fragrance and smells expired.

It seems there might have been an error in the packaging process, causing the seals to be broken and the product to appear used. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
