255 € for the wrong perfume and 45 days of customer service chaos.
I ordered Corfu 75 ml directly from Memo Paris for 255 €, because I already knew and loved this fragrance from earlier experiences, including samples ordered directly from Memo Paris. The bottle I received looked similar, but the scent was clearly different — so different that it felt like another perfume.
What followed was an exhausting customer service process with repeated questions, delays, and far too much effort on my side just to be taken seriously. After all that, they finally agreed to send a replacement — and then shipped it to the wrong country.
A new replacement order was later created for the correct address, but I still have doubts that it has actually been sent, because I have received no information from the carrier.
Instead, I received automated review emails before receiving the actual perfume.
All in all, this has now been going on for 45 days since my original order on 29 March 2026, and it is still not over.
For a luxury perfume house, this level of quality control and customer service is simply not acceptable. I used to recommend Memo Paris. After this experience, I cannot.
