These conditions govern the sale of perfumes and other products by us.memoparis.com to private individuals. This website is intended exclusively for private individuals. The conditions of sale set out hereafter concern only us.memoparis.com and are not related to any other conditions, including those applied in our retail stores. Memo Paris US reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that all items available on the us.memoparis.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of an incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Memo Paris US cannot warrant that the content of us.memoparis.com is at all times free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, nor can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Memo Paris US may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range.

Although Memo Paris US strives to always display correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

In situations where Memo Paris US acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Payment and Prices

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. The full amount is charged on the date of purchase (i.e. when you confirm your order). All prices are in USD. Memo Paris US reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

We do not deliver to every country. You can obtain an exhaustive list of the countries to which we do not deliver by sending us an email at contactusa@memoparis.com.

Delivery and Returns

Within 10 business days following the delivery of your order, you may request the return of unopened products in perfect condition with the protective sealing fully intact. All returns are subject to inspection, and damaged returns may result in store credit. Sampling kits and individual samples are non-refundable and final sale. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to the Memo Paris US warehouse; items lost in transit will not be compensated, and shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Refunds for returned merchandise are issued within 10 days of receipt of the product to the original purchaser's credit card. Additional duties, custom taxes, and shipping costs are not refunded. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our retail stores. Full details are available in the Return & Refund Policy.

Violation of Rules

Memo Paris US reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restrictions of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, Memo Paris US's obligations are suspended. The contract between you and Memo Paris US may in such cases be partially or fully terminated by either party. Force Majeure includes events such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, or similar events. Memo Paris US will under such circumstances do all we can to resolve the matter for our customers as soon and as completely as possible.

Governing Law

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swiss law, and you agree that the Swiss courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from the laws of Switzerland, and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
